Blood Type Diet Food List Type AB

With

Blood Type Diet Food List Type AB

there is more of a restricted diet that differs from the some of the other blood types. For nearly three decades, the theory arose that by blood group, there are certain foods that are better tolerated than others, and to follow a diet that our bodies do not assimilate well, can cause certain problems and diseases.

A little background, this theory was formulated by a naturopathic physician James D’Adamo, who in 1980 published its first findings in the book entitled “The food of a man.”

His son, Peter D’Adamo, a naturopathic physician also, delved into his father’s comments and the results published in 1996 in the book that has become known worldwide this theory, called “Blood groups and Food.”  There is almost a uniqueness to blood type diet food list type AB due to the origin of it.

Other books have subsequently emerged that address the issue as “The diet based on your blood type”, written by Anita Hessmann-Kosaris, naturopath and author of books.

What is the diet by blood group?

In medicine it has long been known that certain diseases most often affect persons belonging to one or another blood group. Dr. James D’Adamo, after many years of research and experiment, found
that power also played a vital role in the interaction with the blood type of each individual.

Basically there are four major blood groups: O, A, B and AB, which were characterized as such by the Austrian scientist Karl Landsteiner, Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1930.

D’Adamo says that each of these groups arose in different periods of human evolution.  For example, the group O, is the oldest and his ancestors were “solitary hunters and gatherers”, people in this group need to eat much meat, fish and some vegetables.

Those in Group A, known as “sociable farmers, are more willing to follow a nearly vegetarian diet. Need to consume enough vegetables, rice and cereals.

The type B, are classified as “sensitive Brawny” and they require an intake of eggs and dairy products.

Finally the group AB are called “hybrid”, having recently emerged.  These guys can eat all the food, but little meat and lots of fish.  Their diet consists of a diet from both A and B diet lists that can be found here.

With blood type diet food list type AB is a more unique diet that needs to be taken into consideration when planning what to eat.  This theory has generated considerable controversy, and how most diets, there are those who praise and criticize others harshly.  But those that have criticized the diet have have they tried it?

Genotype Diet Food List

What exactly does anyone mean by genotype or a

Genotype Diet Food List

.  Well genotype is the genetic make of cells that make up where both sides of your genes came from to create you.  With this, the combination of these cells make your genotype.  The bottom line is that this is what you are made of.

Everyone deep down has both a gene and a recessive gene.  So when you hear of something referred to as the recessive gene, a recessive gene is more like a gene gone wrong that has some sort of mutant make up that is within you.  With a recessive gene there are all kinds of combinations of illnesses that can happen due to this gene going nuts in your system.  This gene can interfere with how your life is and if you choose to have children in the future.

There are many illnesses that someone with genotype can end up with various illness so the diet needs to be considered to avoid serious illnesses that can occur.  Besides your blood type, your genetics can have a lot to do with your well being.  The environment where you live can also influence your health and your already predestined genetic destiny- it can be changed at anytime.

So this means, depending on what you may be predestined to have based on your genetics it can be changed with your environment and diet.  But your blood type also has a lot to do with your genotype diet food list.  Depending on what your illness is or you are predisposed to have, there will be updates based on illnesses.

If you are told you have something that would make most people want to give up, don’t because if you think about it, every time there is some “illness” eventually some drug manufacturer comes up with a cure.  Let’s think of it this way, is that a coincidence?  Next time you look at a container of a food or beverage and look at the ingredients, consider is that something that would actually be on a genotype diet food list?  Probably not.  On this site you will find information on foods specific to blood type and will also start to include illness type.
